Privacy Policy

The short-and-sweet version…

The below privacy policy states in as much legalese as possible that if you sign up for my newsletter, participate in any giveaways, or order things through this site, we are given access to your name, address, and possibly credit card information in order to fulfill orders and award prizes. It also states we are not responsible for any 3rd party links we may redirect you to (e.g., retailer websites, YouTube, other authors, etc.). We (hcbentley5.wixsite.com/hc-bentley) will not store, sell, or give your information to anyone. Ever.

The site owner/administrator may, at some future point, become an affiliate of either Amazon or Barnes & Noble. In this event, each time you’d click an associated link, our applicable affiliate account would be paid a nominal amount in order to keep us as a distributor. This is would in no way paid by you.

This site, and site owner, uses PayPal and Square for payment processing for items purchased via the website and at events. We are not responsible for any 3rd party payment processing links we may redirect you to.

This site uses Google Analytics to gather information about the traffic on this site. We don't distinguish who's visiting, just the amount of traffic the website gets. That is how we know if our marketing efforts (social media, word of mouth, etc.) is working. Nothing in the analytic reports identifies users beyond the general geography from which the site gets visitors.
